    Unlike a balikbayan box, a CareBox does not require any assembly internationally. You purchase the box online (from the U.S.), it gets sourced and assembled in the Philippines, and then delivered to your loved ones. From confirmation of your online order to delivery at your loved one’s home in the Philippines, it takes between 5 – 10 days (depending on your receiver’s location). It’s fast and hassle free – a win-win for you and your loved ones back home!

    Included in the price is: ​​​​​​​​​​​all non-perishable food and food storage contents, domestic shipping fees, personal message, SendVia card, and SendVia-branded box.

  • Packaging & Shipping

    The contents of the Celebration CareBox are lovingly and durably packaged in a 20 x 16 x 12-inch corrugated, double-walled (BC flute) box to ensure a safe arrival to your loved one’s home.

    All SendVia CareBoxes are sourced and shipped domestically within the Philippines through LBC Express courier services. Shipping fees are included in the price listed – there are no additional fees.

    What a convenient way to send a package to my family in the Philippines!

    I purchased the Celebration Carebox for my mom's birthday. She lives in Cebu City. I put my order in around May 27th and the package arrived on June 3rd! I am very pleased at how fast the delivery was! Also, I love how sendvia never miss to update me of the status of my order. They are also very prompt at sending me an email about some missing information (I typed in an incomplete address). I thought that will affect the speed of their delivery, BUT IT DID NOT!! They delivered it way sooner than I thought! Also, my mom loves the items she received: She got 3 bags of assorted Chocolates, 4 Big Containers of Spices, Ingredient for fruit salad and spaghetti, and more! They were all products that you can't just buy at a local frocery store in the Philippines. I have been very busy lately and I love that Sendvia came up with a service where I don't have pack balikbayan boxes from here. First, because it's very expensive! And it takes months to arrive! Thank you for saving me a lot of money, time and stress, Sendvia! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
