    • Enrollment of 5 Members per account (1 Primary Member + 4 Dependents);
    • 24/7 Access to Licensed Physicians;  
    • Unlimited voice consultations with Licensed Physicians through KonsultaMD’s hotline; 
    • 60 video consultations;
    • ​E-Documents such as: e-Prescription, e-Lab Requests, e-Referrals, e-Medical Certificate upon Doctor’s Discretion 
    • No appointment needed

  • How your receiver subscribes

    ​After you purchase the Family Telemed Plan, your Receiver will receive an SMS / text message to their mobile device from SendVia, containing a voucher code and instructions on how to download the KonsultaMD application and activate their subscription (or alternatively they can activate by calling KonsultaMD). If you provided an email address for your Receiver, they will also receive an e-mail from SendVia with this information.
